杏仁浸泡磨碎后过滤的甜味植物奶,以橙花水调香。是摩洛哥夏季的清凉饮品。
Almond milk is a cooling Moroccan summer drink: almonds are soaked, ground, and strained, then sweetened with sugar and perfumed with orange-blossom water. Morocco's tradition of nut milks reaches back to medieval Arab cookery, in which almond milk was one of the staple base liquids of court kitchens. Today it is served chilled in summer, especially during Ramadan, poured over ice with a pinch of cinnamon — refreshing and restorative.

Watch outBlend the soaked almonds with cold water until fully smooth, then strain well — leave it coarse and the milk turns gritty instead of silky.
