Preheat your oven to 160°C (320°F). In a large mixing bowl, beat the twaróg cheese until smooth and creamy. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until well combined.
- 210 min
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Incorporate flour and melted butter, stirring until just combined. Be careful not to overmix, which can cause the cheesecake to crack.
- 310 min
Prepare your crust by pressing the graham cracker crumbs into the base of a springform pan. Pour the cheese mixture over the crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
- 45 min
Bake in the preheated oven until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly, about 60 minutes. Turn off the oven and let the cheesecake cool inside with the door slightly ajar to prevent cracking.
- 55 min
Chill the cheesecake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving to allow it to fully set and develop its flavors.
